Quilled Halloween Witch Happy Halloween Card

Beware of low flying witches!! Today is Halloween and I couldn’t stop my quilled witch from flying away!! If you meet someone dressed in black with a pointed hat and a broom this must be her.Be careful! She is a very naughty little witch. Above you can see her portrait. I know it is not perfect and it is quilled one… but I am sure that you will recognise her correctly. If you are still not sure, you probably will hear evil laugh like this: NEEHEEHEEHEEHAHAHA!!Yep That is her. Now when you are 100% sure, RUUUUUUN!!

She is smaller then 15 cm and made from quilling paper strips but it does not mean that she can not turn you into the frog!Remember, beware of low flying witches!Even when they are made of paper and their broom is a former toothpick.
