Christening Day Handmade Card

Have you ever had the feeling that 24 hours isn’t enough? Well, for me it’s definitely not enough! I wish I could be more active on my blog and facebook page  but I need more time!! ( as we all do 🙂 )

No worries I didn’t quit quilling I just abandon my computer. Now all I have to do is get organized or/and buy some more time 🙂 (any ideas?)

Do you know that this is my first christening card!? Better late than never!I know it’s  a very simple one but very often simplicity is the key 🙂 . OMG I became Miss smarty pants…

I didn’t have much time to make this card plus it’s a  boy card. I don’t know why but men’s/boys card  card are harder to make. (maybe it’s just me). Somehow I managed to finish this one.

All the flowers are made of 3 mm paper strips. By the way this was my favourite width! Not any more 1 – 1,5 mm are more flexible/soft.

To protect this ” wide ” card I had to make a special box. Yes this box is also handmade  and deigned specially for this card.
